Terms of Service

Overview
These Terms of Service apply to Coastline Clear window cleaning and exterior cleaning services in British Columbia, Canada. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Scope of Work
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if property conditions differ, extra work is needed, access is more difficult than expected, or additional services are requested.
Appointments and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, access limitations, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Coastline Clear will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes as soon as practical.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. Before service, customers should unlock gates, secure pets, move vehicles if necessary, remove fragile items near work areas, and provide water access if required for the service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, cash, and credit or debit card if offered at the time of service.
Satisfaction Concerns
Satisfaction concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Coastline Clear will make reasonable efforts to review and address eligible concerns related to the completed service.
Limitations
Coastline Clear is not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed window seals, scratched or damaged glass from pre-existing defects, structural defects, improperly installed materials, fragile or deteriorated surfaces, or delays outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
