If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with an eligible part of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect the concern and address it where appropriate.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover pre-existing stains, hard water damage, failed seals, scratches, damaged screens, construction debris, paint, mineral buildup, oxidation, deteriorated materials, or inaccessible unsafe areas.
Weather and Conditions
Weather may affect scheduling, service timing, drying, and results. Coastline Clear may recommend rescheduling or follow-up timing when rain, high winds, unsafe surfaces, or other weather-related conditions affect service quality or safety.
